Mag. Maja Zilih
Psychotherapy

Psychotherapist in Training under Supervision

Psychotherapy offers a space for growth, reflection, and change.
Together, we navigate challenges and move toward a life shaped by self-understanding, meaning, and connection.

About Maja Zilih

I am a systemic family psychotherapist in training, working under supervision.

My therapeutic work is grounded in a systems view of life, which sees our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors as shaped not only by internal processes, but by our relationships, communities, and environments in which we live.

I approach psychotherapy through a holistic, body–mind integrative lens, attending to the ongoing interplay between bodily experience, emotional life, relationships, and the wider environment
