Many people seek therapy during times of crisis. For others, psychotherapy becomes a regular and supportive part of life — offering a safe space for self-reflection, strengthening personal resources, and exploring meaningful ways forward.

Couples therapy: €130-€180 per 90min session

Couples therapy offers a supportive space where partners can strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional connection.

The relationship is seen as a dynamic system shaped by interaction patterns, communication styles, and shared histories. Rather than focusing on individual blame, we explore how both partners co-create recurring cycles of closeness and conflict. By making these patterns visible, couples can interrupt unhelpful dynamics, strengthen resources, and develop more flexible and supportive ways of relating.

Family therapy €130-€180 per 90min session

Family therapy approaches challenges not as individual problems, but as expressions of the family system’s interaction patterns, roles, and loyalties.

We explore how communication, boundaries, and generational influences shape current dynamics. By shifting perspectives and strengthening resources within the system, families can reorganize toward greater balance, clarity, and mutual support.

Group therapy: €25-€35 per 90 min session

Group therapy is understood as a living interpersonal system in which relational patterns naturally emerge.

The group becomes a space to observe, experience, and reshape habitual roles, communication styles, and emotional responses in real time. Through guided reflection and shared experience, participants expand their relational repertoire and discover new possibilities for connection and self-understanding.
